Henk Berg guarantee

Henk Berg does its best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, by all means return it to us unused with the receipt. Just enclose the packing slip or receipt included with your order and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Henk Berg products are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the natural life of the product. If, during its lifetime, your item should require repair, we may be able to offer a repair service. Please contact us regarding any repair requests.

Returns policy

Henk Berg is glad to refund or exchange any faulty or new and unused merchandise (purchased via our website). Please contact us first to organise your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning an item, please be sure to ship the item by insured, traceable mail.  Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:

A credit will only be made to a customer after the returned product is received by us in accordance with the above guidelines. Henk Berg reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy. If you have any questions about our returns policy please contact us.

Leather Care and Treatment

Like our customers, Henk Berg leather becomes more beautiful with age, but it also requires some maintenance to protect the natural hides. We recommend using a a leather conditioner regularly to replace the natural oils lost during normal use. 

Henk Berg uses and recommends leather care products by Renapur.

Please note: The use of saddle soap is not recommended, as it may remove the natural oils.
