When will my order be sent?

We operate 10am - 2pm Monday - Friday.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours.

Australia: 

We ship through Australia Post and our fees are as follows:

Standard Shipping: $10

Express Shipping: $15

International: 

We are currently only shipping outside Australia to New Zealand.

There is a flat rate of $35 for all New Zealand orders.

These will take 7-28 days to arrive.

Import Duties

For all international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the product reaches your country. All additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of our products and Henk Berg Leather will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances. We have no control over those charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
